近期，经过师生的长期积累和努力工作，实验室在SCI论文方面取得了一系列成果，为以后的发展奠定了坚实的基础。成果如下：
AD组：
张章博士与复旦ASIC国家重点实验室合作在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I以及IEICE Electronics Express上发表（录用）SCI论文；
低功耗组：
程心博士与中科院电子所合作在Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing以及Turkish Journal of Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences上发表（录用）SCI论文；
量子组：
吕洪君老师在Journal of Computational and Theoretical Nanoscience录用两篇SCI论文。
